This notice explains how 46North, LLC, the parent company and developer of the Scholar.House concept, handles information submitted through this website. A dedicated Scholar.House operating and franchisor LLC will be formed as the concept advances.
What we collect

We use submissions to understand interest, improve the Scholar.House concept, respond when you permit us to contact you, and protect the form from misuse. We do not sell submitted personal information.
Who can access it
Access is limited to authorized personnel working for 46North, LLC, the future Scholar.House operating company, and service providers supporting this website when access is necessary to provide their services.
How long we keep it
We retain concept feedback only as long as it remains useful for planning or communication, generally no longer than 24 months, unless a longer period is required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
Your choices
Contact information is optional. You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted by emailing Info@scholar.house. Please include enough detail for us to identify the submission.

We may revise this notice as the project develops. The version posted on this page applies to information collected through this website.
